Roundtable Announces New CFO, Aly Madhavji To Lead RYVYL Merger NASDAQ Listing
San Diego, CA, November 6, 2025 — Roundtable and RYVYL Inc. (NASDAQ: RVYL) have made an exciting announcement: Aly Madhavji, a distinguished figure in the Web3 investment landscape, will take on the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the soon-to-be-merged entity. Madhavji brings a wealth of experience in traditional finance and has established strong connections within the blockchain ecosystem, managing an impressive portfolio of over 200 blockchain infrastructure technology investments.
In his capacity as CFO, Madhavji will play a pivotal role in steering Roundtable through the merger process and its subsequent NASDAQ listing. He will also serve as a crucial link between Roundtable and the vibrant blockchain investment community. Following the merger, current RYVYL CFO George Oliva will transition into the Chief Accounting Officer position within the merged company.
Aly Madhavji’s financial expertise is complemented by his extensive knowledge of the Web3 sector, which includes relationships with more than 500 blockchain co-investors worldwide, with a particular focus on his home base in Singapore.
Roundtable's CEO, James Heckman, expressed his enthusiasm for Madhavji’s addition, stating, “In my 30 years of experience in financing and operating technology companies, I have rarely encountered someone with the intensity and thoroughness that Aly showcases as a board member and investor. His technical and financial acumen is exceptional. We are thrilled to invite him to take part in this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to revolutionize our industry. Aly possesses a unique talent for conveying the vision of our groundbreaking platform to both traditional investors and those focused on blockchain.”
Madhavji is a licensed Chartered Accountant (CA, CPA, CMA, CIM) and holds a Master’s degree in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University (清华大学). He also earned his MBA from INSEAD (Singapore/France), where he was recognized as a Blockchain Fellow, and holds a BA in Commerce with Distinction from the University of Toronto, where he is an active member of the Governing Council. An international award-winning author and prominent speaker at major Web3 conferences, Madhavji is also a contributing analyst for leading crypto publications and has taken the lead role in Amazon Prime Video’s series Crypto Knights. His appointment to Roundtable marks his second service on NASDAQ, following his tenure with Soluna Holdings.
In his own words, Madhavji remarked, “I am thrilled to join Roundtable as CFO because it has successfully transformed the long-cherished Web3 vision of the media industry into a tangible reality. The RYVYL merger introduces bank-grade payment systems and the discipline of public markets; our platform empowers publishers with what they have sought for years: real-time revenue, transparent reporting, and control over their data, audiences, and intellectual property, all made possible through Web3. After conducting due diligence and investing in numerous blockchain infrastructure teams, this one truly stands out, which is why Blockchain Founders Fund chose to support Roundtable.”
