On Thursday afternoon, a group of six individuals armed with military-grade weapons and explosives executed a daring break-in at a gold refining facility in Lyon. This audacious act resulted in injuries to five employees, according to reports from AFP. Authorities acted swiftly, apprehending the suspects and recovering stolen assets valued at approximately 12 million euros ($13.8 million).

Local authorities confirmed a strike on the northeastern city of Sumy, resulting in injuries to at least 11 residents. The Sumy region, which shares a border with Russia, has been subjected to relentless drone and missile strikes, as reported by Reuters.
