Ofcom Rules TalkTV Violated Impartiality on Election Claims

During the episode, O’Sullivan asserted that the cancellation of some local elections was motivated by concerns that Nigel Farage’s party would achieve notable victories. He was not alone in this sentiment; Isabel Oakeshott, the channel's international editor, echoed these accusations. Additionally, the show featured a clip from Farage’s YouTube channel, wherein he claimed that government officials were “terrified of the rise of Reform.”
